Move Mountains Conference Program
We can offer half and full day programs that introduce participants to some basic and fundamental principles of behavioural psychology. In a short, fascinating and easily applicable discussion, participants will be immersed in a hands-on, fun and creative activity that is challenging, stimulating, surprising and incredibly rewarding.
A concluding debrief will incorporate the key concepts learned as well as sharing practical examples of behavioural change. Once identified participants will be committed to implement in their work and social lives.

Key learnings
- The whole is greater than the sum of its parts
- Break down the "silo mentality" to achieve more
- Deliverable – the mural is put together at the end of the session as proof that teamwork can create an incredible result!
How the Program Works

- Initially all participants will receive an overview of some common negative mindsets that are evident in work environments. The aim is to shift these mindsets into more positive and constructive behaviours through an experiential activity.
- Delegates are paired up and given a blank canvas with seemingly abstract lines on it. On the table is a mass of creative materials, scissors and glue.
- Without knowing the larger context of their individual outputs, the group is instructed to create colour and content within their individual pieces, within the “framework“of the lines of the canvas. The canvases are in essence the building blocks of a larger mural which will spell out a certain team word, e.g., Teamwork, Together, Achievement or whatever you feel will carry home the message of your Event.
- The participants will participate in a debrief to uncover their learnings and discuss the implementation of these.
- This mural can then be placed in your workplace as a continual reminder of lessons learned during the Event . (example above).
Priced from $4,000.00 for 1- 30 persons + $25.00/person ex GST
